Medieval theme -Draughts/Checkers board game

Following on with my medieval theme, I thought it would be interseting to design a Draughts/Checkers board game with this in mind.
So, with dedicated supervision from my son , I have designed the game with a difference - basically each player has a choice of either a 'Sword' counter or a 'Shield' counter to play with and the game is played using the Castle squares only!
I used 2mm MDF to laser cut the game out and added an extra 2mm laminate onto the base and counters - hence the extra pieces in the dxf file.
