Re: Add-On Scripts
Hi,
All open source tool scripts can be found on Github.
Have a look at QCAD Features and search the page on the term 'purge' -> 2 hits.
These are features listed in blue italic and are available in QCAD Professional only.
Pro scripts are pro-prietary and not part of the open source.
In a standard installation they are included in compiled form.
Perhaps you can explain what you want them for.
You may even discuss this per PM (Private Message)
Regards,
CVH

Re: Add-On Scripts
Thanks for the reply,
I just downloaded QCAD Pro yesterday (paid)
I could not find a purge command that I often use in Autocad 2004 so I googled it and Google said QCAD had a script for it but I could not find it. Just testing the program and wondered if I could purge all unused layers from an old drawing. I have LOTS of old drawings that I use as samples. Ive never used an add-on script in AutoCad, just the built in commands.
I just downloaded the E-Book so I'll also get around to reading that soon. Just playing for now, I dont have any real work going on right now as I'm 90% retired from Landscaping but a designer friend puts me to work on drawings every once in a while. And I'm trying to see if I can migrate away from AutoCad as I only have AC-2004

Re: Add-On Scripts
Your question was about the script files ...
These are part of a standard Pro release since version 3.7.2 (2014/11/20).
With QCAD pro running, using the GUI.
See menu Layer .. Purge Unused Layers (YP)
See menu Block .. Purge Unused Blocks (BP)
YP and BP are the 2(-3) key stroke shortcut key sequences.
So this was rather a question for the QCAD 'How Do I' Questions forum.

CVH
