FS#1130 - Offset Polyline from both sides at once

It would be great to have a tick box to be able to offset a polyline from both sides/edges at once.

Maybe a similar feature could be added to the line -parallel tools?

Offset both sides of an open Polyline/Spline is implemented under Misc .. Modify.
Depending on the indicated position there is even an semi-circle added at the ends.
The Preview for Splines may be off but the result is fine.

It seems there is only one offset for Lines-Arcs-Circles-Ellipses ...
It seems that it offsets text entities very partially ...
There may be many 'Result loop not closed' or 'No offsets possible' warnings ...
